Whenever you are detoxing you may feel blotted or gassy, it’s a good time to take an enema to remove petrified food that’s stubborn in releasing itself. Drinking a little peppermint tea can also calm the rumblings in your stomach. Remember to drink lots of coconut water or distilled water with lime. Tomorrow I am having aloevera shots with lime😅. Your underarms and breath may begin to have a little strong odor ... it’s normal elimination. Remember to also do your meditations 3 times a day
