Blessed good morning my beloved Social media family
Disease manifests itself as an imbalance or disharmony in our body.
When this happens, we get sick. It can be a cold, fever, high blood
pressure, diabetes and can sometimes be waste and cause premature
death. When we want to be dis-ease free we can help the healing process
by stimulating it.
The mind and the body are very much alike in essence. These two
interactive systems work the same. When we receive information and
food we are on our way to change who we are. The body discerns healthy
nutrients from food we eat and the mind discerns truth from falsehood.
Let’s recommit and become proactive to living a dis-ease free life.
Read the labels on the juice sports drink, sodas that we are consuming on
these very hot August days. Our bodies are not fooled by putting things
in it that have little or no nutritional value. If you cannot understand or
pronounce the ingredients in your summer drinks then let me take this
opportunity to share with you a very healthy, nourishing alternative.
You’ll need a piece of ginger the size of your thumb, lime or lemon,
cane juice or agave sweetener, 2-3 strawberries, water and ice.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out all of the juice, add 1 cup of
cane juice or ¼ cup of agave syrup, the strawberries, 3 cups of water and
ice—put all of this in a blender, blend and dance.
While it’s blending start dancing to your own tune for 2 minutes.
When you and the blender stop, pour the juice into a tall glass and enjoy
with a friend.
