Shopping
Products are available for sale via this Web site. You can shop 24 hours a day. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) via our secure server.
All transactions are secured for your privacy. Information collected from customers by YEYEFINI.COM is only used for processing orders. We will not sell your name, address, phone number, email and/or credit card information to any third party for any purposes.
Here’s how to place an order online:
- Enter the ‘Quantity’ you want and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- You can view your order at any time by clicking on the ‘Shopping’ button at the top of the screen.
- You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time.
- After you put something in your shopping cart, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.
- Follow the instructions to finalize your order.
Sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated for each order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Services Priority Mail (USPS) to addresses in the US. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. If the address is incomplete, it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
Please refer to the following shipping chart below for charges. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees due to post office policy changes.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for all shipments. USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. If your order is in the 48 contingent states and you have not received it within 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, then please contact us immediately. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, then you should wait 14 days before contacting us. We can be contacted via email at yeyefini@bellsouth.net.
All orders will be processed and shipped within three business days, excluding weekends. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Priority mail sent via the US Postal Service comes with delivery confirmation, which allows you to verify the timing of delivery. This does NOT allow you to track packages. If you prefer to have a signature confirmation, please note that in the comment section so we can include that option when we process your order. We are not responsible for a lost package if signature confirmation is not requested. All delivery fees are NOT refundable.
Holiday Shipping
Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
Ship-To Address
If you would like us to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to.
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO
We can also ship to Post Office Boxes. However, products can not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Please contact yeyefini@bellsouth.net to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization #. Mail your returns to P.O. Box 223371, Hollywood, FL 33023.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging. A full refund, less shipping and postage, will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of merchandise.
For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened. There is no exchange or refund on any item that has been used or is not in its original packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will NOT be refunded.
Please allow at least two billing cycles from the date of return for us to issue a credit to your card. Credits are only issued for products that have been returned, unused and in the same condition as originally sold.
If there is any discrepancy or the product is damaged during shipment, please notify Customer Services within 24-48 hours after delivery so we can file a claim at UPS. You must email yeyefini@bellsouth.net. It is necessary for you to retain the damaged product with the original packing in order to process the claim.
We need the following information to complete a return. If information is not complete, we are unable to process your return.
