Moving and Shaking

If you cannot find anything new to do, go home and change the bed around.  It will start something moving and changing in you that will not stop there.  The physical act of moving the bed will allow you to remove dust from around and under the bed.  You will automatically start thinking about how long it has been since you changed the bed around…..heck, you might even find some lost jewelry, money or just buried treasure.

As you begin to put the bed in a different location and begin redecorating the room, throwing out old, useless things, you may even take down the curtains when you realize they, too, are dusty and need refreshing.

As you declutter closet spaces, you slowly come to realize how much you’ve grown and changed.  The importance of some of the articles you once valued seems to have vanished without you realizing it.  You may even find items you’d swore you’d returned to friends you’d borrowed them from.

As you change the room around, it may dawn on you how far you’ve come spiritually and emotionally and where you are going.  As you enjoy your newly decorated room, look, admire, and give thanks for how wonderful you are and how far you can grow.

Here’s an energy shake to go along with your new found energy:

1 handful of parsley; 4-6 carrots with greens removed

Bunch up parsley and push through juicer with carrots.  Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
